We encourage community members to contact the City anytime there is a need for service or to report a hazardous situation in the public right of way. Use any of the options below and your service request will get to a staff member for action. Remember, if this an emergency, dial 911!
Fill out a Citizen Service Request online through City Assist – You can submit a Citizen Service Request online and it will automatically be directed to the correct staff for action.
24-hour answering machine (805) 961-7570 – This phone line is checked daily. Please leave as much information as possible (i.e. location, type of service request) to help staff respond efficiently to your request. Please leave your phone number if you would like a return call.
Phone City Hall (805) 961-7500 – City Hall Receptionist can help direct you to the right staff for your service request.
