Building Permit Processing:
BEFORE SUBMITTING PAYMENT!
- You must confirm approval of your building permit with the Building & Safety Department. At that time you will be provided the amount due and building permit number. Payments cannot be processed for permits not yet approved by the Building & Safety Department.
- You must confirm payment amount with the Building & Safety Department.
If payment is made without confirmation of either of the above items, your permit fee may be returned, without the non-refundable convenience fee.
