The NatureTrack Film Festival returns October 9–10, 2025 to the Riviera Theatre in Santa Barbara and Camino Real Cinemas in Goleta. This year marks 15 years of NatureTrack’s nonprofit mission and 7 years of the festival, which showcases award-winning films celebrating nature and outdoor adventure.
Opening night is October 9 at the Riviera Courtyard & Theater in Santa Barbara (2044 Alameda Padre Serra) from 5:30 - 10:00 p.m. and features a lively courtyard party with cocktails, treats, a filmmaker Q&A, and a Silent Disco under the stars. The evening also includes the inaugural Outdoor Icon Award honoring Bimarian Films and recognition of Honored Artist John Iwerks.
More than 20 national and international films will screen on Friday, October 10 at Camino Real Cinemas in Goleta, from Alone in Greenland to Saving Our Ancestors and Walking With Elephants. All proceeds support NatureTrack’s work providing free outdoor experiences and wheelchair-accessible adventures for people of all ages.
