Celebrate your school and the Goleta Valley at the 11th Annual Lemon Run, presented by the Goleta Education Foundation! Whether you’re running, walking, or volunteering with family and friends, there’s a place for everyone as we kick off the new school year together.
Race Options:
1K Family Fun Run: stroller-friendly, fully on pavement
5K & 10K: scenic route on the paved Obern-trail off Goleta Beach
This family-friendly event is perfect for both first-time participants and competitive runners. Enjoy great food, family-friendly activities, and prizes from local businesses. The Lemon Run supports educators in Goleta schools who bring new and exciting learning opportunities to our students. Come out and support our schools, families, and community in the Goodland.

Want to get involved without running? Volunteer! High school students can earn community service hours. There are a variety of positions available – sign up at https://runsignup.com/Race/Volunteer/CA/Goleta/LemonRun. Volunteers get a free volunteer t-shirt if they sign up by September 7.
