Cottage Health is holding a FREE Flu Vaccine Clinic for people 18 years and older on Thursday, December 11th at the Goleta Community Center (5679 Hollister Avenue). There are two clinic sessions to choose from:

• 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
• 6:00 - 8:00 p.m.

This clinic is first-come, first-served based on vaccine availability.
