As of earlier this morning, March 31, deputies are investigating a vehicle versus a pedestrian collision on Los Carneros Road. Investigators have Los Carneros closed to traffic from Calle Real to Cathedral Oaks Road. The pedestrian was transported to an area hospital with serious injuries.
