As a reminder, the City of Goleta invites community members to attend the next Coffee & Community event happening THIS Saturday, May 16, 2026, from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Lighthouse Coffee (5696 Calle Real).

Join Mayor Paula Perotte and District 1 Councilmember Luz Reyes-Martín for a relaxed morning of conversation, community connection, and complimentary coffee and pastries (thank you to Lighthouse for providing the coffee). Bring the whole family – we will have coloring pages available for the kids. Spanish interpretation will be available.

Here’s what you can look forward to:

• Connect with neighbors and City staff
• Share ideas, ask questions, and discuss issues important to the community
• Enjoy free coffee and pastries

The City holds Coffee & Community events throughout the year in each of Goleta’s four districts to encourage open dialogue about neighborhood priorities, City projects, and the future of Goleta. Community members are welcome to attend any Coffee & Community event, regardless of district.
