Public Hearing for General Plan / Coastal Land Use Plan Conformity Review

Planning Commission Meeting August 12, 2019, at 6:00 PM. Public Hearing will be held to consider a General Plan/Coastal Land Use Plan Conformity Review associated with the acquisition of a portion of Caltrans right-of-way adjacent to APN No. 079-090-038 pursuant to Section 65402 of the Government Code (Case No. 19-066-GC).

On Monday, August 12, 2019, at 6 pm the Planning Commission will conduct a hearing to consider a General Plan conformity determination for the acquisition of 5,043 square feet portion of Caltrans right-of-way adjacent to Assessor Parcel Number 079-090-038 pursuant to Government Code Section 65402.  Please click here for a copy of the Notice.

In order to be disseminated to the Planning Commission for consideration during the meeting, written information must be submitted no later than Monday by noon prior to the Planning Commission meeting.
