Public Hearing New Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance - 12/09/19 Planning Commission Hearing Notice

On December 9, 2019 at 6pm in Council Chambers at City Hall, the Planning Commission will conduct a public hearing to consider a resolution recommending to the City Council adoption of a new Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) Ordinance on an urgency and non-urgency basis. The new ADU Ordinance would repeal the City’s existing ADU regulations (Ordinance No. 18-01) and replace those regulations with a new set of ADU and Junior ADU standards that will fully comply with recent changes in state law.
