Pavement Rehabilitation Program

Crews and work trucks laying new asphalt overlayThe City’s Street Improvement and Reinvestment Program consists of two primary components: an annual pavement rehabilitation program (paved areas), and an annual concrete repair program (sidewalks, curbs and gutters, driveways and access ramps.) On an annual basis, all portions of the street are evaluated either with a visual inspection or through the use of the City’s pavement management system in order to determine what locations will be proposed for improvements. An annual City-wide inspection is also performed to identify locations where concrete improvements (such as sidewalks) need repair, as well as locations to install access ramps. More information regarding the Street Improvement and Reinvestment Program can be found in links below:

In addition to the Street Improvement and Reinvestment Program, the Public Works Division administers annual contracts for :  Ongoing Streets Maintenance and Concrete Grinding.
