Street Sweeping Program

The City is responsible for street sweeping the eastern portion of the City.  The eastern portion has been has been divided into zones for street sweeping purposes.  The  western portion of the City is currently swept by the Goleta West Sanitary District.  For more information on their schedule please contact them.

Street Sweeping Zone Map

ZONE 1 - 1st and 3rd Monday each month (daytime)
Area north of Calle Real from La Patera Lane to Fairview Avenue.

ZONE 2 - 1st and 3rd Thursday each month (daytime)
Area north of Hollister Avenue from Fairview Ave to Highway 217

ZONE 3 - 1st and 3rd Monday each month (night sweep)
Area South of Highway 101 from Aero Camino to La Patera Lane; South of Hollister Avenue Fairview to Highway 217; South of Highway 101 East of Highway 217

*Rain Delay - One (1) Week following normal schedule
*Holiday Schedule - Sweeping delayed by one (1) day

To maximize the street sweeping efforts, the City asks that you not park on the streets during street sweeping days. The City hopes that these notices will encourage voluntary cooperation and will eliminate the need to post mandatory No Parking signs on streets and issue citations in the future.
