Thank you for your interest in our award-winning LEAD Goleta Bilingual Community Academy! The program is offered with simultaneous Spanish interpretation available. WHEN & WHERE: The program consists of six classes held on consecutive Thursdays January 15 - February 19, 2026, from 6:00 - 8:30 p.m. Classes are held at Goleta City Council Chambers, 130 Cremona Drive, with the exception of the graduation at the Goleta Community Center (5679 Hollister Avenue). You must be able to attend all six classes to participate.

WHO: The class can accommodate approximately 30 participants. We strongly encourage students to apply. Priority will be given to Goleta residents, but the program is open to anyone who resides in Santa Barbara County.

The City will review all submitted applications and follow up with applicants in early December.
