Celebrate the 4th of July in Goleta with a one of a kind drone show that lights up the night sky in a whole new way. Back for its second year after such an incredible response from the community last summer, this innovative display replaces traditional fireworks with hundreds of synchronized drones, creating stunning shapes, movement, and storytelling above the city. It’s a fun, family friendly way to spend time together, connect with the community, and start new traditions. The event also features local food vendors and activities for kids.

5:30 pm – Shuttle service begins from the Costco parking lot via Santa Barbara Airbus
6:00 pm – Gates open at Dos Pueblos High School
6:00 pm to 9:15 pm – Family friendly entertainment, food vendors, and activities
9:15 pm – Drone show begins (weather dependent)
9:30 pm – Event concludes

You can pre-purchase reserved seating for you and your guests. This area will be a fenced off area where each guest gets a dedicated seat, it will include some light snacks and beverages and the best view of the show on the field. No need to worry about getting there early, your seat will be reserved for you.

Parking is available at Dos Pueblos High School (DPHS) on a first-come basis. Carpooling is encouraged. No parking is allowed along Cathedral Oaks Road. There is limited handicapped parking available in the DPHS staff parking lot on Alameda Avenue as well and a roundabout drop-off location. Please note, it is still a bit of a walk to the event.

We encourage guests to take advantage of the free shuttle service from the Santa Barbara Airbus for a smoother arrival and departure experience. Pickup location is at the Costco Parking Lot and the shuttles run on a loop from 5:30pm - 10:00pm. Note, their will be no service during the Drone Light Show with the last departing shuttle from Costco leaving at 8:50pm. The shuttles will be available to take people back to the Camino Real Marketplace following the show.
