Celebrate Parks and Recreation Month throughout July with the City of Goleta! The City has 16 beautiful parks, a variety of recreation amenities, and 14 breathtaking open spaces for you to enjoy throughout the 31 days of July and all year long!

Learn the basics of pickleball in this instructor-led clinic designed for beginners. Participants will learn the fundamentals of the game, including rules, scoring, basic strokes, court positioning, and gameplay while practicing skills through guided activities in a fun and welcoming environment. No prior pickleball experience is required and paddles will be available for use (you are more than welcome to bring your own from home). Please bring a water bottle, sun protection, and comfortable athletic shoes suitable for court play. This is a free, one-time clinic, and advance registration is required as space is limited. Are you an avid skater or looking for something fun to do? Ice in Paradise is happy to announce a free day of skating for all ages! From 1:30-3:30 on July 26th, admission and skate rental fees will be waived allowing anyone to enjoy the day skating for free! |
