Every year, City staff present from all departments present an Annual Work Program to the City Council. An Annual Work Program serves to define work priorities and communicate progress on existing work commitments. Sharing an Annual Work Program allows the City Council to recognize workloads and staffing levels and set work priorities. Council has adopted Annual Work Programs for Fiscal Year 2025-2026. Approved Work Plans can be viewed below. Prior year work programs can be viewed in the archives below.
