The Public Art Review Board (PARB) acts in an advisory capacity to the City Council and staff on public art. The PARB meets on an as-needed basis to review public art projects. All meetings of the PARB are open to the public and can be seen in-person in Council Chambers at 130 Cremona Drive, online via Zoom or web stream on the City’s Meetings and Agendas page, or via broadcast on Goleta channel 19.

Goleta residents interested in joining the PARB or any other City board or commission should visit our Boards and Commissions page to learn more and apply.

There are currently no calls for artists to submit proposals for public art projects. 

Per the City's Public Art Policy, the City shall issue a request for proposals (RFP) when commissioning public art projects. All RFPs for public art projects will be posted on the City Bid Opportunities Page.
