Temporary Resident-Only Permit Parking Program

In past years, the City of Goleta held temporary parking restrictions in response to unsanctioned Isla Vista Halloween and Deltopia events.  Parking permits were delivered in the mail, and permits were necessary to park in University 1 and 2 neighborhoods (depicted in the interactive map below). 

There are currently no parking restrictions in place.
